Q&A

About Working with InBite

What types of companies work with InBite?
We work with retailers, distributors, cafés/hospitality businesses, and brands looking for a reliable partner to manufacture gluten-free products with consistency.
What services do you offer?
We focus on three main paths:
Private Label - We develop the product with you and launch it under your brand.
Co-manufacturing / Co-packing - You bring the base or recipe, and we produce it.
Wholesale - Products available for volume purchasing.
We also offer development and optimization when a product needs to be standardized or improved.
I’m not sure which service I need. What should I do?
That’s completely normal. Send us: category + channel + approximate volume + timeline, And we’ll tell you the most logical path forward.
Can you sign an NDA before sharing information?
Yes. If you need an NDA, we’ll handle it at the beginning so we can share information with discretion.

Pricing, volumes, and timelines

What information do you need to prepare a quote?
With the following, we can move quickly:
Product category.
Channel (retail / distribution / wholesale).
Approximate volume.
Target timeline.
Requirements (if certifications or documentation are needed).
Do you have minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
It depends on the product and format. The best approach is to tell us about your case, and we’ll respond with a realistic minimum based on category and channel.
How long does it take to get a project started?
It depends on whether we’re talking about wholesale (faster) or private label development (more steps).
On the first call, we’ll outline a clear path and estimated timelines based on your project.
Can you work with tight deadlines?
Sometimes, if it fits the production calendar and format. We prefer to be honest and will quickly let you know whether it’s viable or not.

About Samples

Can I request samples?
Yes. If you’re evaluating suppliers or launching a line, samples help you decide with confidence.
How does the sampling process work?
You tell us which category you’re interested in and your channel. We send available samples and, if needed, define the next step (adjustment, validation, etc.).
Is there a cost for samples?
It depends on the type of sample and shipping. We’ll confirm it when you request them, no surprises.

Product and Portfolio

Which categories are you currently working with?
We currently work in categories such as: cookies, granolas / bars, muffins / coffee cakes, bagels / buns / breads, and flour blends.
If you’re looking for something outside these categories, let us know and we’ll tell you whether it’s a good fit.
Do you make custom products?
Yes, especially in private label projects or when a recipe needs to be adjusted to ensure manufacturability and maintain consistency.
Do you offer wholesale options?
Yes. If you share your channel and volume, we’ll guide you toward the products and formats that best fit your operational and restocking needs.

Quality, certifications, and documents

Do you operate in a dedicated gluten-free facility?

What certifications do you have?

We work with defined cleaning and verification protocols in gluten-free production, this is part of the standard.
