Chocolate Dipped Madelaines


Preparation Time: 10 Mins / Cook Time: 30 Seconds / Fridge Time: 10 Mins       

Ingredients 

  • 4 Inbite Gluten Free Madelaines (2 packages)
  • 2 TBSP Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbsp Almond Milk
  • ½ tbsp Walnuts (Chopped)
  • ½ tbsp Coconut Flakes

Preparation

  1. Put in the microwave (30 seconds) a mug with the chocolate chips and the almond milk.
  2. Stir the mix until it gets homogeneous.
  3. Dip top of 4 madelaines into the melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle 1 chocolate covered madelaine with coconut flakes and 1 with chopped walnuts.
  5. Repeat the same process with the other 2 madelaines or leave them only with the chocolate dip.
  6. Refrigerate them for about 10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy your Snack!!
