SQF is one of the most rigorous, globally recognized food safety and quality certification programs in the food industry. The audit evaluates not only documented systems, but how effectively food safety, quality, and operational controls are implemented and sustained in daily production.
The certification process assessed our facility across critical areas including food safety management systems, HACCP and preventive controls, sanitation and allergen management, traceability, recall readiness, and employee training.
Achieving a 97/100 score reflects the strength, consistency, and discipline of our manufacturing operations — particularly important in gluten-free production, where process control and cross-contact prevention are essential.
